Awarded only during student teaching semester*Previous recipients are not eligible
Award:15 scholarships of $750.00 each
Sponsor: Delmar Cengage Learning & proceeds from the
ticket raffle at the NAAE convention
Eligible Applicants:NAAE members in their second, third, or fourth year of teaching who have not previously attended NAAE Convention
Award: Scholarship for registration to NAAE Convention
Four (4) nights hotelAirfare or mileage to attend the NAAE annual ConventionSpecial programming during convention geared toward early career teachers

2010 Program Pending Dodge Ram SponsorshipWe anticipate the NAAE Teachers Turn the Key Scholarship
Program Award will be sponsored by Dodge Ram as a Special Project of the National FFA Foundation for 2010. However, if Dodge Ram does not sponsor this award program for 2010, there will be no program for 2010.
Also:All of the state winning applicants will be selected for this award.
Only ONE participant per state will be selected.

Changes in OPAP Award Program for 2010:2010 Program Pending Toyota SponsorshipWe anticipate the 2010 NAAE OPAP Award will be sponsored by Toyota as a special project of the National FFA Foundation. However, if Toyota does not sponsor this award program for 2010, there will be no program in 2010.
Change in award eligibility
The Outstanding Postsecondary/Adult Ag Ed Program award recognizes exemplary 2-year postsecondary institutions and full time young farmer and adult ag ed programs. Qualifying young farmer and/or adult ag ed program staff must devote at least 50 percent of their teaching time to this level of instruction.
