My main office is our Fort Collins location in Front Range Village. I am proud to have a committed team with a history of success to support me. At C3 Real Estate Solutions we are all committed to providing quality marketing, personal service and state-of-the-art technology.

It was my love of outdoor sports that led me to earn a degree in Outdoor Recreation in the first place. I grew up in southern California enjoying the beach and a backyard pool. I skied every day throughout my high school years in Idaho and while attending the University of Montana, Missoula. I taught tennis professionally in Idaho, Utah, New York and Colorado. My two boys grew up in the ski town of Park City, Utah, where I was a “race Mom” and volunteer for the Junior Ski Racing organization.

I have been in sales (everything from computer software, to manikins, to outdoor clothing). I took a break from the outdoors to earn an MBA at the University of Utah. In 1993, I married John Baxter, a builder/developer in Boulder. I am an avid golfer and have had the good fortune to play competitive senior golf all

over the state and U.S. John and I are grateful for the opportunity to live and work in the real estate profession, here in Colorado! Though new construction is only a part of my business, it’s a special treat to help people out, combining our two offerings of Realtor® and builder!

Meeting new people and making new friends is an added bonus that makes my job extra fun! Just as most grandparents today, my greatest joy are my six grandchildren. Certainly a top priority is to make frequent, quick trips to visit them from Boulder to Los Angeles, to Bozeman, Montana. Meanwhile, living and working in Mariana Butte in west Loveland (with our Portuguese Water Dog, Bunker) is a tough gig to beat!

I combine my MBA and Realtor® certifications to uniquely serve my clients.

Buying and selling a home is a process. My job is to coach you through that

process, helping you to reach your housing goals! I bring along my sense of

humor and high energy. However, I am serious about what I do. I am honest.

I am a stickler for timely communication. My number one consideration in a

transaction is you and your real estate wants and needs.
