• Partners: Association of University Centers on Disability (AUCD), National Down Syndrome Congress, National Council on Independent Living (NCIL), Association of Higher Education and Disability

(CNCS) providers• Disability organizations/agencies• Individuals with disabilities/family members• Employers

• “My experience as a volunteer in the AmeriCorps program has given me the will to get out of bed every day. It has given me the education and the knowledge to understand my disability and it gives me a purpose in life. If you don’t have a purpose in life, it’s hard to get out of bed every morning”

• The service experience really set me up for the career that I want to go into and where my passions are and where I want to be.
