Negotiation takes place when two or more people, with differing views, come together to attempt to reach agreement on an issue. It is persuasive communication or bargaining.

• Negotiation is something that we do all the time, not only for business purposes

• Usually considered as a compromise to settle an argument or issue to benefit ourself as much as possible.
