Who We Look For Characteristics include: ■  An unwavering belief in the potential of all children to succeed and a deep

personal responsibility to create a more equitable public school system, demonstrated through a commitment to work with communities that have experienced historically limited access and opportunities.

■  A commitment to personal growth and reflection, comfort with ambiguity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

■  A sense of humility, and a desire to learn and engage with stakeholders in a collaborative school design process.

■  A spirit of collaboration and desire to engage in a cohort model.

■  A desire to critically examine public charter school models from across the country in pursuit of identifying innovative and high-quality components for a future charter school that is responsive to a community’s particular needs
