HERBAL SPINACH SOUP
Ingredients 400 g baby spinach 250 g potatoes 800 bis 1000 ml vegetable bouillon 1 teaspoon table salt 1 pinch of freshly-grated nutmeg 2 handfuls of fresh herbs (nettles, chervil, parsley, etc.)
