Here is the latest from the NMS-DPS News Desk
Highlights:
The school timings during the Holy Ramadhan (W.E.F 18th June 2015 --the date is subject to
change as per the sighting of the moon).
Reporting Time for students : 7:40 a.m.
Dispersal Time Private Commuters : 1:30 p.m.
Dispersal Time for Bus Commuters : 1:40 p.m.
Parents of Private Commuters who wish to pick their ward by 12:00 noon can do so by sending
a prior request letter to the respective Home Room Teachers.
Please note the parents of Private Commuters are requested to pick their child latest by
1:40 p.m. after this time there will be no staff on duty in the school to take care.
Kindly Note:
Timings for the Kindergarten Section: No change in the timings. But, the parents of Private
Commuters are requested to pick their ward latest by 12:30 p.m.
The Photographs for the Award Ceremony 2014-15 will be displayed at the ground floor
reception on Sunday, 14th June 2015. Interested parents may collect the consent slip from
the Receptionist and submit the same not later than 21st June 2015.
GENTLE REMINDERS:
Annual Day Photographs are displayed at the Ground Floor Reception. Interested parents may
collect the consent slip from the Receptionist and submit the same not later than
17th June 2015.
We request the parents to clear all their dues for the First Term (April to July) at the earliest.
For kind information to the parents applying Transfer Certificate (School Leaving Certificate)
a. The application for TC will be considered effective only from the date of receipt of such
application by the school.
b. When the TC application is submitted in the course of a term, the entire term fee has to be paid
irrespective of the number of days of attendance for the term: i.e. if any TC application is
received after 31st of July, the parent need to deposit the second term fee and if application is
received after 30th November, the parent need to deposit the third term fee irrespective of
attendance for the particular term. (During summer vacation/winter break TC application
can be sent through mail (Email ID: nmsedu@nmsedu.bh).

c. The TC will be processed by 7 working days from the date of last attendance of the child in the
school provided all the dues are cleared. TC application received by 24th June 2015 only will be
processed before summer vacation. Application received after the said date will be processed
when the school reopens in September after the summer vacation. During summer
vacation/winter break TC application can be sent through mail (Email ID:
nmsedu@nmsedu.bh).
d. “No Dues Clearance” is a must before processing the application for TC. In case of any dues
TC will not be processed. RD will be refunded only along with TC.

Please be informed that applications for any requirement from school will not be processed
during summer vacation. However, the request can be sent to the email ID: nmsedu@nmsedu. bh
during the vacation period and the same will be issued when the school reopens in September
after Summer Break.
