New Vapormatic Single Piece Swage Fittings equivalent to Parker 48 seriesVapormatic is pleased to announce the launch of a new range of single piece swaged hydraulicfittings equivalent to the Parker 48 series. Consisting of 260 single piece swage hydraulic fittingsand covering all fitting types from ¼” to 1” hose, this new range supports the existing two piecefittings and provides the hose assembler with a comprehensive choice.

Compatible with Parker

The Vapormatic single piece swage fittings are compatible with Parker hydraulic hose and can beswaged in the Parker fixed die swaging machine. The fitting can also be swaged using most adjustable die machines, such asBanner or Gates. (Swage diameters and internal collapse must be checked – download a copy of our calibration chart here)

These compact fittings come in the standard hose sizes with the most important thread types found on today’s machinery; typicalthread types include BSP, JIC, Metric, ORFS and BSPT.
