We appreciate the spring cleaning on the outside of your homes. Let’s all take no ce and take ac on if your home needs to be washed or painted or yard and flowerbeds detailed. Your home adds to the beauty of your park and is something we can all be proud of when it is maintained. Please do not walk between homes. Use the sidewalks and streets. Thank you for being considerate of your neighbors. Emo onal Support Animal owners please be reminded that the new Rules are in effect. Do not walk your dog in the park. If you want to use the Dog Walking Area (land between Harry Su on Road and Stansted—behind Rockwell Collins or land between Har-ry Su on Road and Harvey Ogden to the west of Kindred Hospital), the dog must be transported via a vehicle or cage; i.e. car, golf cart, bicycle, enclosed cage on wheels, taking the most direct route. The dog may go on your own lot accompanied on a leash. Please clean up a er your dog. Thank you for your coopera on. Bright House team did a maintenance sweep of the Park last month. Many problems have been solved by unplugging the digi-tal cable box for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. It will take a couple of minutes for the box to reset itself. If you con nue to have problems with the cable recep on, please contact Bright House at 321-254-3300. Friendly reminder that the lot rent increased $6.00 effec ve Janu-ary 1, 2015. If you forgot to include the increase on the January check, please add the shortage on the February check.

To HOA: We appreciate the gift from the HOA and glad to hear everyone liked the manger scene we made for the Park. Since we usually make the small ones and this is the first time we made a project this large. Glad it turned out so well and also happy to hear the other res-idents in the Park loved it. Sincerely, Lenny & Cathy Howard
