STAMP ELECTRONICALLY 9
Once created in AutoCAD, it is easy to use
a stamp on markups, submittals, and RFIs
to electronically record the date, reviewer,
and approval information. Open the
Newforma Viewer, then insert a stamp
through the Markup Tools panel. Click
Record Submittal or RFI Action, then
Respond and Close Submittal to send
a stamped PDF to the initiator.

Reports and Site Visits, for example –
clarify and illustrate those items. When
you delegate Newforma items, include the
Supporting Documents they’ll need to act.

Share with External.

software. In Newforma Project Center, click
the gears icon in the menu bar and select

Open the PDF in the Newforma Viewer,
select “PDF Editor…” from the Tools
menu, and insert or delete pages as
needed. Drag and drop to change
positions, and insert pages as desired!
