REGISTRATION INFORMATION
—Registration is on a first come, first serve basis
—Registration is on a seasonal basis unless otherwise noted
—Register prior to the start date of each program, but no later
than the second class meeting. Classes will not be prorated.
—Credit card only when registering for classes.
—Classes may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment, instructor
illness, weather conditions, and changes in operation.
—A reduced fee waiver is available on request for low income
families. Fee waiver requests require a copy of your last
income tax form.

The Southcrest Recreation Center has an advisory committee made up of indi-viduals from our communi-ty. Advisory members work with city staff to promote recreational activities for the citizens of zip code 92113. The Advisory Group meets the second Tuesday every month at 5:30 p.m.

SOCCER Co-Ed Volleyball
Youth programs are designed to develop and enhance players’ fundamen-
tal skills in dribbling, passing, shooting.. Serving and setting as well in a
friendly and team oriented environment. Teams are divided into age divi-
sions. Qualified teams will get a chance to participate in the City Wide tour-
nament hosted by the S.P.O.R.T.S. Committee at the end of the season.
FITNESS AND BOXING CLASS A Martial Arts style cardio workout that will help you improve endur-
ance and coordination. Learn proper techniques for punches and kicks
in this non- contact class. This workout will challenge your stamina and
coordination-- and get your heart racing-- as we layer moves together
into various combos. All levels welcome.

Come play a few games with adult basketball pick-up games!

YOUTH CERAMICS This class will teach the basics of
creating ceramic keepsakes includ-ing pots, coil work, and slab work. Students will learn how to work with slip, green-ware, molds and
bisque. We will provide all the sup-plies and you get to keep your
creations!

Come hang out and learn how to cook. Students will create wonderful and healthy dishes. This program will teach students about kitchen safety, proper food handling, how to prepare food and most importantly how to have a great
time in the kitchen!

SOUTHCREST TEEN CENTER
Our Teen Center offers free drop-in recreation activities to all local teens during
our daily operation hours. Drop-in activities include the use of our game room
which has ping pong, foosball, and pool tables. Our facility also has a PS3, PS4,
XBOX 360, and more! We encourage local teens to stop by!
