Help shape the future of our village - your voice counts!

NEWSLETTER - DECEMBER 2012

Welcome to Ashtead Community Vision – we are a new group

set up in response to the recent Localism Act. We want to

make sure that Ashtead’s residents, businesses, and

organisations, have a chance to shape the future

development of our village.

LEAFLET DISTRIBUTION

The week after Christmas we are doing a door to door delivery to

every house in Ashtead of a lealfet about ACV and publicising the

January 15th meeting. A major part of the process of making the

Neighbourhood Development Plan is that we widely consult with

the community. We already have enough volunteers for about a

third of the roads, but we need more volunteers. If you can help

please contact Andy Ellis on 07530 373975 and email

ashteadcommunityvision@gmail.com

FORUM UPDATE

We still need people from the following groups, and if you fit any of

those catagories please volunteer to be on the Forum. The

committment is for one meeting about every three months to look

at and comment on the work that ACV working party is doing.

Your voice will count! Please contact Andy Ellis on 07530
