Grab Your Hat and Read with the Cat! Celebrate National Education Association's Read Across America Day
Those who are six, sixteen, sixty-four, and more have all kinds of great events in store for the National Education
Association's (NEA) nineteenth annual observance of NEA's Read Across America. NEA is calling America's children,
both young and old, to reward their learning by celebrating the joys of reading on Dr. Seuss's birthday. Readers of all
ages are encouraged to celebrate with this year's book Oh, the Places You'll Go!
Our Reading Party here at CLC will take place:
March 2nd-31st, 2015
9:00-11:00 a.m. & 3:30-5:00 p.m.
For more information about how to
generate excitement for reading among
America's children and their families
and about best practices for motivating
and teaching reading, visit
