SRO 2.1 r.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3)of section 9 of the Maneuvers, Field Firing and Artillery PracticeAct, 1938, notice is hereby given that the Government of Jammuand Kashmir intends to authorizes carrying out of the Field Firingand Artillery Practice throughout an area notified vide SRO~ (t; dated 18.05.2018 or any specified part thereof for a

period of five years. Objections in this regard, if any, may becommunicated to District Magistrate, Kargil within a period of twomonths from the date of issuance of this notification in the officialGazette.

SRO .').1' .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Maneuvers, Field Firing andArtillery Practice Act, 1938, the Government of Jammu andKashmir hereby defines an area of land measuring 5,69,911Kanals and 17 Marlas situated at village Matayen Kharu,District Kargil as an area for carrying out, periodical FieldFiring and Artillery Practice for a period of five years. Thelocation/map of the land is given in Shajra Khasra asAnnexure-"A" and the points and Grid Reference of theproposed range are as under:-
