GHS Hazard Communication

• Every non EPA FIFRA registered product labels will require a GHS label.

• These include: – All EPA non‐regulated (not EPA registered) product labels– Minimum Risk Pesticides ‐ labels registered at the state level but no EPA registration required [FIFRA 25(b) labels]

– Pesticides for export– Unregistered pesticides we may import– Samples, laboratory samples for R&D, regulatory studies, field trials, etc.
