Specific objectives: 1. Monitor the diversity in nutritional composition produced

or supplied by agriculture and market systems2. Identify species/ varieties that add nutritional diversity to

a system3. Evaluate sensitivity/ resilience of a system for providing

nutritional diversity

sciences to combine traits with species composition• Datasets: 1) species composition of plot/ farm/ market; 2)

food composition of species/ varieties
