Objectives

• Name the various house chores

• Talk about helping at home: say what you like to do (Me gusta), what you have to do (Tengo que)

• Say what you do (present tense –I wash / Lavo) and how frequently (siempre - always)

• Say what you did last week end

Note that, in the first section, verbs are in the infinitive (how they are presented in the dictionary) i.e to clean, to prepare.

The present tense

From the exercise (1A) and the listening to come, you will know how to conjugate verbs.

So far, the vocabulary you have learnt used infinitives (to do…). It is easy to use infinitives after some expressions…
