Office Christmas Party Game Ideas
Often the last day at work before Christmas is quiet enough to let your hair down and have some fun. With
that in mind, here are some ideas for office Christmas party ideas which will be a great way of winding
down for the start of the holidays..........
Name That Christmas Song
Play just the first couple of notes of a Christmas tune on a cd player and get your colleagues to guess the
name of the song and the artist.
Balloon Popping Game
Each person is given an inflated balloon tied to their ankle. The aim is to try to pop everyone else’s balloon
by stamping on them whilst guarding yours from getting popped. The winner is the last person to have an
inflated balloon attached to them!
Who Am I?
Pin a piece of paper onto each person’s back with the name of, for example, an actor or a singer. To try to
find out who they are, each person must just ask their colleagues questions with yes or no answers, and
their colleagues must answer just yes or no!
Christmas Alphabet
Everyone should be given a list of the alphabet, A to Z, going vertically down the page. The winner is the
first person to hand the list back completed with a Christmas associated word for each letter.
Don’t Drop The Orange
Split the office into equal size teams and get each team to stand in a line. The first person in each team
tucks the orange under their chin and passes it to the next person in their team, by tucking it under their
chin, and no hands allowed! The orange must get to the end of the line and then back again to the first
person, with the winning team being the fastest team to do this.
Liar, Liar
Each person in the office must stand up and make 3 statements about themselves, one which is true and
two which are not. As each player finishes, their work colleagues must each vote on which statement was
the truthful one, getting a point for each correct answer. The winner is the person with the most points
once everyone in the office has made their statements.
Statue
The rules must be explained to everyone once they arrive for work. One person in the office is secretly
asked to be the statue and so, at a certain time, must stop whatever they are doing and become a statue.
Their colleagues must become statues themselves once they notice others doing the same. Whoever
notices what’s going on last becomes the ‘statue’ for the next round.
Whatever you choose to do, have fun and enjoy your last day at work!
