Griffin-Woodhouse Ltd. has supplied high quality mooring hardware to the offshore oil industry since formation of the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) in 1970.

We offer standard anti-chafing configurations according to ‘OCIMF Recommendations for Equipment Employed in Bow Mooring of Conventional Tankers at SPM’, but moreover special arrangements to suit individual terminal operator’s needs including -

• Modified OCIMF arrangements• Shell Material & Equipment Standards & Code ( MESC) catalogue items• ‘Special QRH Drop Links’ and many other bespoke arrangements• New configurations subject to 3D modelling & Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to

verify loading capabilities, operational suitability and component fit

The following standard configurations are available -
