Establish a working group led by an Executive Committee Member to work
The employer has to make sure that the conditions prevailing in the work placeare sufficiently safe for the workers' health particularly in terms of lightening,ventilation, heat and cold, noise and drinking water.
Workers must not work in construction sites or open areas of hightemperature at noon, from 12:30 up to 3:30 throughout June, July andAugust every year.

Frank is a competent, versatile Health Safety and Environmental Professionalwho is passionate about the field he works in; Frank spent 24 years in theBritish Army where he learned many life skills on leaving the services headapted those skills to his chosen profession. Frank is a founder member ofIIRSM UEA where he worked to increase members from 6 members tobetween 70 & 100 members. Frank is an active member of bothInternational Institute of Risk & Safety Management and Institute ofOccupational Safety & Health working with these organizations he was partof the working group who developed the UAE Laws & Regulations applicableto HSE.As a HSE professional Frank works to ensure there is a balancebetween operations and HSE and is consistently driving HSE forward withinthe business to ensure that Raysut Cement Company is a model companybalancing HSE with Sustainability and Operations. Frank has previously runhis own consultancy business he has also worked in construction, quarryingand within heavy industry sector cement, block, dry mortar, pavers and pipemanufacturing.
