Princeton University tigertransitTigerTransit is Princeton University’s transportation system that operates on a fixed route schedule during the academic year providing safe, convenient, and reliable transportation throughout the Princeton campus and surrounding community.

TigerTransit offers service with stops at academic and administrative buildings; faculty, staff, graduate, and undergraduate student housing; Nassau Street; and the Forrestal Campus and Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory.

Other services include connections to NJ Transit and the Princeton Borough Free B shuttle, service to MarketFair, alternating bi-weekly Saturday Shopper Lines, and on-demand service seven days a week between 11 pm and 3 am.

The entire TigerTransit fleet is comprised of low-floor, fully accessible buses that run on B20 biodiesel fuel. Riders will also be able to load bicycles onto a convenient front end bike rack. Each bus is equipped with a web-based GPS tracking feature that enables riders to track locations of buses on all routes online and by mobile web devices. To track bus locations in real-time, visit www.princeton.edu/transportation and click on TigerTracker.

Bi-weekly saturday shopperTigerTransit provides two Saturday Shopper lines that alternate each Saturday. Service dates and times are available online at www.princeton.edu/transportation/tigertransit.

The Nassau Park Boulevard Line provides service from graduate housing complexes to shopping outlets within Nassau Park Boulevard. StoPS INcLude: Wegmans, Walmart, and Trader Joe’s on Route 1.

The Nassau & Harrison Line provides service from graduate housing complexes to various shops and restaurants along Nassau and Harrison Streets. StoPS INcLude: Princeton Station, Palmer Square, Blue Point Grill, Whole Earth Center, and Princeton Shopping Center.

West LinesThe WeSt exteNSIoN travels 7:30 am–7 pm from the Princeton Theological Seminary (PTS) Apartments to the Woodrow Wilson School. StoPS INcLude: MarketFair, Princeton Station (Dinky), PTS Campus, Graduate College, University Place/Edwards Place, Palmer Square, Nassau/Tulane, 201 Nassau, Friend Center, and Fisher Hall. The Princeton Station and Palmer Square stops offer connections to NJ Transit and the Princeton Borough Free B shuttle.

The WeSt LINe travels 7 pm–10 pm from PTS Apartments to the Graduate College. StoPS INcLude: MarketFair, Princeton Station, and PTS Campus. The Princeton Station stop offers connections to NJ Transit and the Princeton Borough Free B shuttle.

east LinesThe eaSt LINe travels 5 am–7 pm. StoPS INcLude: Butler Apartments, Lot 21, South Campus, Frist/Guyot, Woodrow Wilson, 201 Nassau, Friend Center, and Fisher Hall. The South Campus and Friend Center stops provide transfers to the tiger Lines. The 201 Nassau stop provides a connection to NJ Transit.

The eaSt commuter travels 8 am–10 am and includes all the stops of the East Line with the exception of Butler Apartments.

tiger Lines tIger LINe am exPreSS travels 7 am–11:30 am with service between Lawrence Apartments and Friend Center. StoPS INcLude: Hibben-Magie, South Campus, and Woodrow Wilson.
