Centrica: ‘solve the puzzle’
programme targeting a broader decision making audience within Centrica from the board to the implementation team focused on shifting the perception of Oracle – from ‘they just do database software’ to ‘they do more than just a database’
priority for the campaign was to illustrate that greater value, economies and benefits could be gained in Key Accounts in order to increase the share of wallet for Oracle and deliver more value to the customer
‘solve the puzzle’ campaign was a 3D DM project delivering a 20 piece jigsaw in a silver tin with a personalised letter with the final jigsaw piece attached
its purpose was to open up dialogue for Key Accounts in the Utilities sector to help them understand how much more they could do across their disparate business by working with Oracle

targeting the communications sector across EMEA, Oracle sought to ‘do more’ with it’s key accounts – they wanted to share a strategy which would help them to transform their businesses based on a broader Oracle strategy
with a senior decision maker target audience of 100 contacts across 32 organisations, a 5 part 3D marketing campaign was created to deliver a high impact visual experience
the initial DM pack contained a digital image player capable loaded with an SD card containing a flash animated presentation which automatically played when switched on. Each subsequent campaign contact was a small wallet containing an SD card with a presentation on each of four key subjects
the campaign ran over a 5 month period generating a warm response from the target audience opening up dialogue for the account teams with their target audience about a range of new opportunities

campaign focused on ‘trying to do more’ with existing customers in the communications sector
microsite provides hub of all the campaign activity which focuses on the Oracle SOA proposition
provided a focused content briefing docs, Outlook templates, DM elements with a campaign microsite supporting the online call to action
delivered the Oracle account team knowledge of which customer contacts engaged to then drive further activity

development of a focused web environment supporting a series of demand generation activities for the Financial Services key accounts across the EMEA region
providing cross promotional activities designed to provide broader access to Oracle thought leadership materials relevant to the financial services community by role and sector
extending the control of the customer web experience beyond each individual campaign call to action to broaden awareness of the Oracle financial services proposition and to open strategic dialogue for the account teams beyond the IT teams
