ORIGAMI CRANE PROCEDURE

Materials: square colored paper

This is the Children's Peace Monumentover in Hiroshima. Up the top is a young girl with a paper crane.If you look carefully down the bottom you can see the golden crane.

Method:

1. You do the hamburger fold.

2. Then the hotdog fold.

3.Fold corner to corner both ways.

4.Fold the triangle in half.

4. Then put your fingers in the top of 1 side and pull it back down to the bottom do that to the other side as well.

5. Then you fold the corners into the middle so it looks like a kite

6. Then do that to the other side as well.

7. Unfold what you did on both sides.

8. Put 2 fingers on the top of the diamond shape then pull up the top layer and fold the sides into the middle.

9. Do that on the other side.

10.Then you fold the corners into the middle on both sides.

11. Invert it.

12. Then pull up the bottom on both sides.

13. You then invert it again.

14. Pull the wings out.

15. Fold down a part for your head.

16. Decorate it if you want to.[before or after you make it]
