We as mentors and you as parents have to take
responsibility to strengthen our children ; knowledge has to be
imparted , values have to be inculcated , discipline has to be
acquired , sense of commitment has to be evoked .
So , let us join hands to bring in the change we wish to
see in society.

Celebrations& Activities Galore
Art Exhibition: Acrylic On Canvas
Stepping outside the normal paint box and trying something completely new that
could uncover skills and aesthetics will take the students in a whole creative
direction. Diverse themes, vibrant colors and simple yet unique students’
composition was displayed on the PTM day . Parents who visited the exhibition
expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the students’ work.
Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020:
Live streaming of the third edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 was arranged for
the students of Senior Block on 20th Jan. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra
Modi Ji gave valuable tips to ensure that the students take exams in a relaxed
atmosphere and do not come under stress ,to ensure better results in the long
run.
Orientation Programme for class X and XII:
An Orientation programme on 6th Jan was conducted by the experts to guide the
students in the following areas:
Systematic Planning
Time Management
Ways of Maximizing Student’s Potential
SPECIAL ASSEMBLY :
CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE........
Prefect council of classes IX & XII grade had organized a special assembly on
29th January on the ARDUOUS EFFORT PUT BY OUR JANITORS, to make our
life comfortable.
It started with a formal introduction of ayammas. They were elated to be a
part of the assembly proceedings. The students also showed their gratitude by
giving them a small thank you smiley as a token of love.
Class IX had presented a thought, CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS
with the help of a short skit to highlight the importance of the support staff
who play an important role in ensuring a safe and supportive learning
environment.
The head boy, head girl and prefect coordinator addressed the gathering and
appealed the students to do their part and contribute towards bringing a
positive and healthy environment.
Greeting Card Making Competition :
A blend of exceptional creativity and imagination was displayed by the students of
senior block during the “Greeting Card Making Competition” .The competition
aimed at promoting creativity and self-expression among students.

Students love to remember what they looked like at that age, but they also love
the idea of seeing what they looked like with their classmates in an everyday
setting. That’s a valuable memory for them beyond just the individual portrait.
With this idea, Class photograph for grades VIII to XII was organised on 24th
Jan.2020.
71st Republic Day:
Students, teachers and parents took the pledge on this Republic Day to dedicate
self to uphold the values and laws of the sovereign state, freedom ,safety,
security of growth and prosperity.
Online Quiz-“Awareness on Republic Day”:
An online quiz on Awareness on Republic Day was conducted for the students of
Pallavi on 26th Jan.2020. The students were awarded with certificate of
participation.
Martyrs' Day: 30th January
Martyrs' Day or Shaheed Diwas is observed every year on January 30. The day is
chosen to honour our brave martyrs who laid their lives for the country. A two-
minute silence in memory of Indian martyrs is observed in the Senior Block at
11 AM.
Farewell Party :
“ Farewell is an exciting time, both an ending and the beginning , it’s warm
memories of the past, and big dreams for the future.” The students of grades IX
and XI bid farewell to their seniors on 30th Jan.2020.
The event witnessed graceful and energetic dances by the juniors, melodious note
by Pallavi band. A ramp walk was organized for the magnificent seniors of grade X
and XII. Abhiram Pramod and Kritika were honoured by our Principal Mrs. Shailaja
Reddy as Mr. Pallavi and Ms. Pallavi for the year 2020.
Academics
REMEDIAL CLASSES:
Remedial classes for grades VIII and IX are being held on
every Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:00pm to help students work
on their difficulty areas subject wise.
EXTRA CLASSES:
Extra classes were conducted for grades X and XII to guide
them and prepare them effectively for board exams.
EXAMINATIONS:
Practical Exams were successfully conducted for grades XI.
Board Practical Exams were successfully concluded for grades XII.
Pre board I for grade X were conducted successfully
Pre board II for grade X started on 29th Jan.2020.
Pre board II for grade XII started on 28th Jan.2020.
HPE assessment for grades IX and XI was done.
Dance/Music/Tabla assessment for grades VIII ,IX was concluded.
CIRCULARS:
Circular regarding School Schedule from January 2020 to April 2020 were
given on 9th Jan.2020.
Circular regarding “consent form for the heritage walk” was given on 20th
Jan.2020.
Circular regarding online purchase of books were given on 27th .Jan.2020.
Learning Support Programme circular was given to class X and XII.
Tuition fee Reminders were given .
Teekshana Saraf of VIII-H participated in “Infinity Math Quiz” held at
St.Andrews on 30th Jan 2020 and secured 3rd place.
