Training and Simulation Industry Symposium Objectives
• Increase the dialogue between Government, Industry and Academia.
• Reinforce the Triad relationship (PEO STRI/DAMO-TR/CAC-T) through active participation in a group forum.
• Focus on Government S&T, Industry IRAD and Academia efforts on the top two portions of the AAE’s “Pyramid”: S&T and New Systems.
• Identify potential paths to success in developing S&T to address Army training capability gaps (6.1/6.2), transitioning S&T solutions into the acquisition phase (6.3/6.4), and making Government S&T solutions available/useful to industry partners concurrently with contract award.
• Share mid-to long-term opportunities with Industry, to include potential new Programs of Record (POR).
• Army Day: 18 June 2015, Rosen Center.
