I. AIM AND STEP

A. Aim

The aim of this experiment is to find the equation of the relationship between space (s)

and elapsed time (t) of the tamiya that run in a track for 20 times.

B. Materials

The materials that we used in this experiment are:

1 Tamiya

Tamiya track ( 4 meters )

5 Stopwatch

1 piece of ruler

C. Procedure

Make a straight track (4 meters long)

Each person is placed in every 1 meter to time the tamiya

Make the graph based on the record

Make the equation of space to the time.

D. Theoretical Background

The theoretical background of this experiment is non uniform linear motion with variable

velocity or non-zero acceleration that is stated in linear equation with initial position or

x0 , y0(0,0) and then stated with y=a x2 .

III. CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

This experiment is based on non uniform linear motion with variable velocity or non-zero

acceleration and linear equation by using a tamiya that run in a track. The data that we obtain are

various because of the track’s condition, battery meter and human error.

Therefore, to minimize the errors, we have to be comprehensive while doing the

experiment, keep the track in a stable condition, full battery, using 2 decimal places and use the

right application to make the graphic. So the uncertainty of the result can be minimized.

The data that we obtained by using the linear equation formula result the space equation

to time.
