• To find the perimeter of a polygon, take the sum of the length of each side.

Find the perimeter of a polygon

Example 1: Find the perimeter of a triangle with sides measuring 5 centimeters, 9 centimeters and 11 centimeters.

• It contains three types of triangles equilateral, isosceles and scalene.

• Find the perimeter of an equilateral triangle with each side measuring 4 centimeters.
