Peripherally situated cholangiocarcinomain the left lobe of a steatotic (fatty) liver.

Cholangiocarcinoma of common bile duct at hilum just beyond the origin of the right hepatic artery. There is dilatation of bile ducts within the right lobe (white arrows); the pancreatic duct is not dilated.
