Pre parat ion ol Paint: This product is he a vily lo aded wit h cuprous oxide. A s a result of this lo ading th er e is a te nde ncy for se ttling to o ccur e specially if the paint has b een on the shen for seve ra l months. It is n e ces sary to thoroughly mix th e pain t before u sing. If pos sible shake t he can of paint on a m ec ha nical pai nt shaker. Before u si ng che ck th e s i des and bott o m of the c an to m ake s ur e all the pigment has been mixed in. If mixing is going to be don e w it h a wooden paddle or a n electric drill mix e r, po ur off �all of t he liquid from t h e top of the can into ano ther c an and then properly mix in any settl ed pigm ent, t hen remix t he two parts together t ho ro ughly. A p plicatio n T e m p eratu res: 40 ° F to 9 0° F. A pplic ati on Metho d: Bru s h, rol ler or spray. Thinner: Thinning t his produ ct is not normally require d. Pre parat ion ol Paint: This product is he a vily lo aded wit h cuprous oxide. It is n e ces sary to thoroughly mix th e pain t before u sing. If pos sible shake t he can of paint on a m ec ha nical pai nt shaker. Before u si ng che ck th e s i des and bott o m of the c an to m ake s ur e all the pigment has been mixed in. If mixing is going to be don e w it h a wooden paddle or a n electric drill mix e r, po ur off �all of t he liquid from t h e top of the can into ano ther c an and then properly mix in any settl ed pigm ent, t hen remix t he two parts together t ho ro ughly. 2. Clean. de-w ax and etch the surface wit h 9 2 Bio-Blue Hull Su rface Prep using a coarse Sc otchbrite® pa d in a swirling motion. Cle an off all r e sidu e by rinsing or wip in g off wit h fre sh wat e r. A p ply one coat of Pettit Protect Epoxy Pnmer. Consul t Ih a primer labels for complete ap plication and anm ouling top-co atin ginstructions. The n ap ply two coat s of this product. Ba re Woad: San d the entire su rf a ce with 80 grit producti on paper a n d wipe clea n wi th a rag dampened with 120 Brus hin g T hinn er. A pply a coat of t his product t hinned 25% wit h 120 B rushing Thinner to penetrate and seal the wo od. Fill a ny ope n sea m s w i th Petitt Se a m Com pound and allow to d ry ov ernight. App l y two full coa t s of t his product o bserving t he proper dry times.
