KickOff Party By Jackie Champagne
We had our first kickoff party on February 28th and it was a successful event. The quality of candidates was what we were looking for in new recruits, and successfully recruited three new members.
We had the privilege of Jim Dowding the past President of the New Hampshire Business Education Association (NHBEA) as one of our guest speakers. Jim spoke about what companies will be
looking for in a professional and how to be better prepared for the unknown after College.
Heather Zocco, the Treasurer of the Phi Beta Lambda SNHU chapter, was our second guest speakers.

What’s Your Poker Face Look Like? Phi Beta Lambda is in the final stages of planning our upcoming Poker Tournament.
The PBL Annual Poker Tournament will be held in the Manchester Community College Café on March 23, 2011 at 6pm.
Phi Beta Lambda is committed to doing our part in helping other organizations within our community that are in need.
So we’ve decided to donate a percentage of all poker tickets sold to the March of Dimes walk on May 1st at the SNHU campus! Help us help others and have fun doing it! PBL
will be providing fresh food, drinks, and a fun atmosphere along with the tournament itself. Tickets are going fast, so don’t delay!
