Two Shot

A two shot is where you have 2 people in the shot.Its used to show a relationship.

POV Shot

Seems to look out from the characters eyes.Its used to look at things from other peoples point of view.

Close UpA shot taken close up to the object.

Its used to show more emotion than elsewhere.

Extreme Close Up

Used to focus on the features.They use it to express fine details.

High Angle ShotIts when the camera is positioned above a character.

Its used to make things look smaller.

Low Angle ShotIts when the camera is positioned below the character.

Its used to make things look smaller.

Mid ShotIts when you see from their waist to their head.

Its used to zoom in on a character.

Long ShotA long shot is from the top of their head to the bottom of their feet.

Its used to show the whole of the person to gain character.

Extreme Long ShotAn extreme long shot gives a scene of a place or a characters surroundings.

Its used to show where the next shot will take place.

Dutch Angle ShotThis is taken on an angle onto straight lines.

Its used to make the viewer confused or dazed.
