CHURCH PRAYER AND VISION

The process of seeking

God’s vision for our future

continues, and last week’s

prayer meeting was thought

to be especially helpful.

Our church vision meetings

are normally on the third

Wednesday of the month,

but with half term coming

up, this month’s is early—it’s

coming up this week on Wed

8th February, 8pm start.

The next church prayer

meeting is on Wed 7 March.

THANKS FOR WORKING WITH GOD

Yesterday Hartmut Kopsch

led a session on getting

more from scripture. It

included a meditation on 2

Chronicles 29:16-17, and

w e d i s c u s s e d t h e

importance of clearing the

mess and clutter from God’s

temple.

This led very nicely into a

chance to live this scripture

practically! Thank you to

everyone who lent a hand

with cleaning, clearing, fixing

and generally looking after

this building which is part of

our witness to neighbours.

Our next Saturday session

for discipleship will be on

“God at Work”, led by Bern

Leckie on February 25th,

10am in the chancel.
