Any Device Swap to Convoy

Please open your web browser and go to the Verizon portal and sign in with your Verizon Username and Password. Here is the link

https://sso.verizonenterprise.com/

When you sign in with your Username and Password it will bring you to the “Manage Account” page.

You will need to type and search for the specific Samsung Device that you want to swap out, by using the wireless number associated with it.

After you type in the number, the device associated with that number will display.

The next step is to make sure the status is “Active”.

If the status is Suspended click on “Resume”

Next, chose Submit

Next chose Start a new Transaction

This will bring you back to the device information screen.

Once the line is “Active” please click on Activate to being the swap process. See below

It will bring you to the next page. See below.

Please type in the new device IMEI or MEID number which is located on the device box itself. Click Continue.

On the next page please click Submit.

After you submit the swap, it will bring you back to the device information page.

You will want to edit the user’s information by clicking on “Edit” under User Information Name“

After clicking on “Edit” under the “User Information” you will type in the First Name, Last Name, Cost Center, Phone number and Email Address.

The Phone number should be 6314444357

The Email Address should be SBMIT_MOBILE_COMMUNICATION@STONYBROOKMEDICINE.EDU

Scroll down and add an additional email address of SBMIT_MOBILE_COMMUNICATION@STONYBROOKMEDICINE.EDU. Click on Submit.

Next click on “Start a new Transaction”

Next, it will bring you back to the Device Information Screen that you can view the Device Username, User Information, and Status and make any

changes if necessary.

How to activate the cellular service

1. Turn on the phone

2. Dial *228

3. Press 1 for English

4. Press 1 to activate phone

5. Wait for activation to complete

6. The phone will reset automatically

7. Place a test call to confirm it works.

8. If it does not work, repeat above steps again.
