The goal of the modern state is

happiness of its citizens.

How to achieve it?

The law making body of a state, that has power to enact a public policy and make laws.

The legislature is a deliberative body where matters of social, economic, political concerns are discussed, debated and decided

In democratic states government legislate according to the public demands.

The states started to build their militaries and a trend of increasing the size of

militaries, soldiers, capabilities started.

Every economic system provides solutions to four questions:

What goods and services will be produced?

How they will be produced?

For whom they will be produced?
