GeographyPontedera is a town located in the Italian region, called Tuscany. It is near Pisa. It is crossed by the river Era which gives its name to the town. About 28,256 people live here.
The Napoleon Bridge: Built entirely of white marble, was built under the French rule and for this reason it was called "Napoleon".
The Cathedral: it is called the great "new church". It was built in neoclassical style between 1840 and 1864.

based in Pontedera. It produces scooters and commercial vehicles.
