Objective: Apartment building created through a new design concept that consisted in the exploration of the unique qualities of a designated material and its interpretation for the generation of ‘parametric components’ for the architectural design.

Wire component with two sub-components: main lock ring (A) and arc for movement (B). Operation through manual pressure on the sub-component B. Hook Assembly and welded joint.

Objective: Cultural & recreational amenities: Concert Hall and Local Theatre. Design-ing of landmarks within the new urban developments. The Concert Hall was intended to serve as headquarters of the Mexico State Philharmonic Orchestra.

Analysis of Reflection and Decibel Levels (Software RADIT 2D)

The project consisted in three main bodies: a Theater with a capacity of 1000 people, a Concert Hall with seating for 2000 people and a general Lobby for distribution and box office.

Objective: Mixed-use building for the community of Villa del Carbon. We supported the municipality of the state for the design of a Center for Integral Family Development (DIF) a Home for the Elderly (CAM) and a Unit of Rehabilitation and Social Integration (URIS). *Acronyms by its name in Spanish.

3. Villa NuevaWELFARE BUILDING (DIF-URIS-CAM)

Year: 2010

Location: Villa del Carbón, Mexico State.

Objective: Apartment building for the new urban development of Atampla. Design of typologies of apartments for a sector of the population with low-income level.

Location: Atlampa, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City.

4. Atlampa Complex

The complex consisted of 8 towers with 54 apartments each with dimensions of 60m2

and 90m2. The project also featured sports fields, gyms, private parking lots and general services.

Objective: Apartment building in sensitive areas of the city. Regeneration of a disused area. The building was designed to provide housing for low-income people.

Location: San Juan Tlihuaca, Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.

Objective: Mixed-use building. Landmark’s redesigning. Project designed to accom-modate multimodal transportation, cultural areas, shopping centers and offices. It was intended to provide a symbolic space for the city due to the historical characteristics of the proposed site.

Objective: Health Care facility for the new urban development of Pantaco. Due to popu-lation needs the project primary goal was to cover the need for a medical care center of great dimensions; to fulfill this requirement we had to design a hospital complex with a capacity of 82 hospitalization beds.

Objective: The project involves the construction of green houses with recycled materi-als such as tires, glass and PET bottles.

Objective: Implementation of a rehabilitation and maintenance program for a rustic country house. Maintenance for residential use.
