Iftheproportionsoftheprintyouwantaredifferentthanyourimage,youshouldcropit. Forexample,ifyouscana4x6"photo,andyouwanttoprint16x20",youhavetotakealittleoffthewidth.Otherwiseitwouldprintas16x24"(whichhasthesameproportionsoraspectratioas4x6’). Simplycalculatethewidthdividedbytheheight,andmakesurethisratiocorrespondstoyourprintsize.
