Our CBA
We believe the current CBA is fair for both parties, we have a trial period to monitor its progress as well as having other important clauses such as, 30 dayholidays per year, with a fair compensation package worth 10 months.
We are also abiding by the disciplinary action in regards to the law if for anyreason the company was forced to take the required actions. If the court see it as unfair or null he will receive reinstatement or the agreed compensation package.
Our CBA
Productivity Flexibility
Dedication + Commitment
Other aspects of our CBA
• We are unwilling to change 40 hour contracts as it is apart of our HR policy whenhiring, we want commitment for the job.
• The salary of the employees willbe based on goals agreed before the start of eachyear. Fixed + variable retribution
• We want dedication and commitment extra 5 paid holidays in return for an extra hourper week in work in order to focus more on long term objectives
