Accepting yourself as is creates a place for you to be in the universe.
Self-acceptance is the source of your will power

Decide now to totally accept yourselfWITHOUT ANY PROOF IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD.WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION FROM YOUR MIND.WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM YOUR PARENTS, LOVER, MATE, BOSS, FRIENDS, ETC..
AFTER YOU ACCEPT YOURSELF CAN DECIDE TO LOVE YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU WILL THEN HAVE THE WILL POWER TO DO THAT TOO.
You do this because you CAN do it even if it feels hard or difficult.
The ego is judging and guilting you which creates doubt– So we want assurance– AND EXTERNAL APPROVAL.– We have been taught to base our
acceptance of our self on what we think other people think and say
But this actually creates another problem:– OTHER PEOPLE CAN FEEL WHEN
WE DON’T ACCEPT OURSELVES.– Which makes them reluctant to
accept us.– This is a lot like running for office and
not voting for yourself

The ego mind wants us to ration our valuablenessBecause the more confident we are the less power the ego mind has over us
Our culture has also wrongly taught us that to totally accept and love ourselves is ARROGANT– It is literally 180 degrees backward– IF YOU LOVE AND ACCEPT
YOURSELF YOU HAVE A SMILE, YOU ARE NICE, YOU SELDOM GET ANGRY, YOU TALK TO PEOPLE, YOU ARE NOT AFRAID AND YOU ARE A NICE TO BE AROUND.
On the other hand if you do NOT love and accept yourself you:– Don’t smile often– Are often irritable– EASY TO ANGER, OR GET UPSET.– AND ARE NOT GENERALLY A
FRIENDLY PERSON..
WE ARE TRYING TO BE THE BEST PERSON YOU CAN BE.
And our ego tells us we can always try harder
Not accepting and loving ourselves deprives us of a place to stand in the world
WE ARE CONSTANTLY UNSURE, EVEN AFRAID OF WHAT PEOPLE WILL SAY FOR FEAR THEY WILL JUDGE US AND THEN WE WILL FEEL BAD AGAIN.
All these beliefs are designed to keep our ego mind in control of us.
NO VALUABLENESS, OR SELF-CONFIDENCE KEEPS US TRAPPED IN OUR EGO.
When we feel self-confident we do not listen to our ego nearly as much
THE EGO DRIBBLES LITTLE BITS OF SELF-CONFIDENCE TO US AND THEN JUST AS QUICKLY SNATCHES THEM AWAY
AS LONG AS WE DEPEND ON THE EGO OR THE OUTSIDE WORLD FOR OUR VALUABLENESS WE WILL NEVER HAVE ANY
If you accept yourself as isYou are like a tree with its roots in
the groundWhen the wind blows and the
storms come you are solid, secure, steady, confident.
Self-acceptance looks good tooConfidence is beautifulA smile is very reassuringConfidence allows easy
conversation never jabbering on
STOP TRYING TO GET YOUR VALUABLENESS FROM OUTSIDE OF YOU OR FROM YOUR EGO.
DECIDE it exists, that it is
DECIDE TO ACCEPT AND LOVE YOURSELF ALL THE TIME, NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING GOING ON.
NO MATTER WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY OR DO.
SELF WORTH IS A SIMPLE DECISION
THAT CAN FEEL DIFFICULT BECAUSE YOUR EGO IS
RESISTING LOSING CONTROL OVER YOU.
WHEN YOU SAY “I TOTALLY LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF AS I AM IN THIS MOMENT”.
AND IT FEELS WIERDSIMPLY DECIDE THAT IS THE
PROOF IT IS HAVING AN EFFECT
ANOTHER SECRET.ANOTHER SECRET.
STOP MEASURING WHETHER SOMETHING HAS WORKED OR NOT BY HOW YOU FEELJUST DECIDE IT IS WORKING
HOW YOU FEEL IS NOT IMPORTANT
STOP DECIDING TO LET HOW YOU FEEL RUN YOUR LIFE
STOP JUDGING HOW YOU FEEL
CHOOSE TO BE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT
DECIDE YOU ARE OK, CONTENTDECIDE THE WORLD IS OK ‘AS
IS’DECIDE WHAT'S NEXTSTART DOING IT
THINKING IS AN ADDICTION/HABIT
YOU DO NOT NEED TO THINK IN ORDER TO ACT IF YOU ARE CONSCIOUS AND IN THE MOMENT

YOU ARE GOING TO FEEL FEAR, SCARED OR APPREHENSIVE
BUT ITS NOT YOU THAT IS SCARED ITS YOUR EGO MIND THAT IS SCARED IT IS AFRAID YOU ARE GOING TO STOP
LISTENING TO IT, STOP TRUSTING IT THEN IT WILL NO LONGER BE IN ABLE
TO PROTECT YOU AND WILL NOT GET YOUR WHEN IT
WANTS IT

YOU HAVE BEEN LIVING YOUR LIFE INSIDE YOUR HEAD OR EGO MIND YOUR BODY IS PRESENT, IN THE REAL WORLD BUT YOUR MIND IS SOMEWHERE ELSE
EXCITEMENT, LOVE, HAPPINESS, SATISFACTION, HEALTH, AND ABUNDANCE ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, AVAILABLE IN YOUR MIND, WHICH IS ALWAYS IN THE PAST
LIFE CAN BE BORING WHEN YOU ARE LIVING IN THE PAST IN YOUR MIND
BECAUSE YOU HAVE ALREADY EXPERIENCED IT ONCE NOW YOU ARE RE-EXPERIENCING A MEMORY OF THE PAST AND ITS NOT ALIVE.
IT IS NEVER BORING WHEN YOU ARE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT.
NOTE: YOU CAN’T STOP THE MIND CHATTER BUT YOU CAN STOP LISTENING TO IT
STOP TRUSTING IT .STOP BEING ADDICTED TO
IT.
OK LETS SAY I GO STAND ON A STREET CORNER AND REPEAT: “I LOVE ME”
SOME PASSERBY WILL PROBABLY GIVE ME A LOT OF STATIC
BECAUSE THEY ASSUME I AM SAYING I AM BETTER THEN THEY ARE
BUT I AM NOT SAYING THAT.
THEY SHOULD BE SAYING YOU ARE A LUCKY GUY.
AND THEY MIGHTAS LONG AS I KEEP SAYING IT,
WHAT THEY SAY WILL NOT MATTER..

IN CASE YOU HAVEN’T NOTICED YETALL EGOS ARE INSANE, CRAZY.DO YOU REALLY WANT TO BASE YOUR SELF-WORTH ON WHAT SOME INSANE EGO THINKS?
YOU ARE DISCOVERING YOU HAVE AN INNER REALITY
AS WELL AS AN OUTER REALITY THAT YOU MAY BE AWARE OF
REMEMBER YOUR INNER REALITY CREATES YOUR OUTER REALITY
QUITE SIMPLY
HOW CAN SOMEONE MAKE YOU FEEL SOMETHNG?
How do they get inside your body to control your feelings and emotions?
If you are walking down the street and a street/crazy person says you are a jerk or you are a bad person if you don’t give me money
Are you going to react? Probably not much.
Then your mate or friend says ‘you are a jerk’ and now you feel bad and your energy dumps and you can’t look them in the eye
Does this feel about right?
What actually took place? Both went in your ears and your brain
processed them Nothing much happened with the street
person But with your friend you got pretty
upset
ONE WAS CREDITABLE TO THE EGO AND THE OTHER ONE WAS NOT.
You then believed the creditable one and the ego decided to DISAPPROVE OF YOURSELF
AND THEN THE EGO BLAMED IT ON YOUR FRIEND.
But you didn’t see that decision because this has become a deep habit for you.
Since you don’t see the decision you assume it is being ‘done to you ‘
This cripples you and puts you into a false reality.
ANOTHER PERSON CANNOT 'MAKE YOU' FEEL SOMETHING.
ANOTHER PERSONS JUDGMENTS OR GUILT CANNOT GET FROM THEIR BODY INTO YOUR BODY.
Think about this mechanically. How can feelings get from your
body to another body?Is it the Words?No, they are not feelings
When you accept and or agree with their words/ judgments your ego then changes your feelings/ emotions by triggering memories of feelings ‘tapes’ from the pastWhich you can then feelSo YOU ASSUME THEY ARE coming from the other person but they are notAnd they create an ILLUSION.
THIS IS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOUR EGO IS DOING AND BLAMING YOUR PAIN ON OTHER PEOPLE, SITUATIONS AND THINGS. ..
THIS IS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR YOUR EXPERIENCE OR YOUR EMOTIONSWhich is necessary to regain power and authority over your life.
When you notice a frown or some other physical movement that your mind interprets as a judgment or disapproval
you then believe your ego when it says that is what they are THINKING.
Again the ego takes that cue and TRIGGERS matching feelings and emotions in your body mind.
In other words the ego is making you feel something and blaming it on them.
Your ego is judging you and blaming it on them.
AND YOU DON’T SEE THIS BECAUSE THE WHOLE PROCESS HAS BECOME A HABIT.
WHY DO I DO THIS? 1
It is the ego's attempt to avoid feeling bad or being caught off guard, in case people actually say nasty thingsTo protect you the ego makes up every possible negative scenario and presents it to you.
This is constantly going on inside your head and often you do not see that these scenarios are only possible situations instead of ‘currently going on’ or real life situations
These ‘warning’ scenarios confuse us or distort our experience of the present moment
Because our ego triggers memories of feelings from the past [and since we assume all feelings feel real]
We assume this scenario is real because we can feel it but it is an illusion
Because it is a habit it appears automatic
Which makes it appear like they are doing this to you but in fact you are doing it to yourself.
This is part of the egos protection system.
IT IS DOING ALL THIS TO PROTECT US..
But the end result is actually self-sabotage and has many levels of consequences.
The ego can also trigger fear while we are safe at our desk or at home.
This creates stress, dis-ease, and puts us in a negative frame of mind.
LASTLYLASTLY
IF WE DWELL ON SOMETHING LONG ENOUGH IT TRIGGERS THE LAW OF ATTRACTIONHelping to create what we don't want
The way through this is to create a new habit that notices negative thinking and shuts it down, or changes it to positive.
Or just say the inner 'no'Sometimes when I catch this
going on I just shake my head to clear the scenario.
Taking responsibility for your feelings [without guilt] puts you back in power over your life

WHY WOULD YOU EVER WANT TO DISAPPROVE OF YOURSELF?THE EGO'S PREMISE HERE IS IF I DISAPPROVE OF MYSELF:.– IT WILL MOTIVATE YOU TO CHANGE.–AND THAT DISAPPROVAL IS NECESSARY TO CREATE CHANGE
But DISAPPROVAL DESTROYS your internal valuableness or self-worth which literally cripples you because it destroys your energy.
Which makes it difficult to change things because you don't have any will power
Disapproval of yourself also destroys your will power so you can’t/wont decide to do anything, especially change anything.
If it is something like quitting smoking, drinking or drugs no will power means you cant say NO.
Guilt is one of the ego's favorite tricks That's why it may seem like you need it
to manage your life. Guilt destroys self-worth and keeps the
ego in control GUILT KEEPS YOU IN THE EGO'S
PRISON.
All this puts you in a bad mood and most likely activates your ego so it recalls lots of bad feelings memories and similar events that have happened before or in your childhoodSO YOU ARE HEADED FOR THE FAST FOOD PLACE, ALCOHOL, DRUGS, SEX, TV AND/OR BED. .You will probably get up feeling like a truck ran over you all night because your ego was recalling all the ‘feels bad’ memories all night long.
THE KEY TO CHANGE IS ACCEPTANCE NOT RESISTANCE
IF YOU WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING OR YOURSELF
YOU CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING OR YOU .
Once you accept something you can change it
BECAUSE YOU HAVE VALUABLENESS, WILLPOWER, ENERGY, STRENGTH, AND THE TIME TO CHANGE THINGS.
SELF-ACCEPTANCE NEED NOT BASED ON ANYTHING IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD.
IT IS A CHOICE THAT YOU MAKEAND THEN YOU COMMIT TO KEEP
RECHOOSEING IT
Another reason why we accept/agree other peoples criticism/disapproval is we don’t want them to leave.
ALL CRITICISM IS SABOTAGE BECAUSE IT IS NEGATIVE AND THEREFORE IT DESTROYS VALUABLENESS, WILL POWER AND TRIGGERS ‘FEELS BAD’ MOVIES/MEMORIES..
The only thing that works when you need to communicate a change to yourself or others is a positive solution or suggestion
If you don’t have a positive suggestion or solution then keep your mouth shut If they don’t have one don’t accept what they say as negative or judgmentalRequire positive solutions only.
POSITIVE THINKINGPOSITIVE THINKING
Where this is leading isNEGATIVE THINKING CAN ONLY DESTROY IT CAN NEVER CREATE.You cannot create a positive life with negative thinking
You must override your ego and make positive decisions
OR IT WILL MANAGE YOUR LIFE AND YOU WITH NEGATIVE TOOLS..
Are you thinking ‘that is a lot of work’?
Yes but look at what is at stake here.
This is about your life, your happiness, health, wealth and aliveness.

This simple powerful exercise can lift you out of your head/ego and put you back in the present moment.
It can change a ‘bad’ day, ‘bad’ date, or difficult situation…etc.
The concept that someone appear to take our love away from us it very importantThe collective ego has taught us this deep habitIT IS ACTUALLY A WAY EGOS CAN SEEMINGLY CONTROL AND MANIPULATE US.
When we feel loved and then someone says or does something and the ego interprets it to mean we are not ok, not loved
We accept the judgment which effectively turns off our love and then blame it on the other person
NOBODY CAN ACTUALY GET INSIDE YOU TO MAKE YOU STOP LOVING OR ACCEPTING YOURSELF.
NOBODY CAN MAKE YOU STOP LOVING OR ACCEPTING YOU WITHOUT YOUR COOPERATION.
THIS IS YET ANOTHER HABIT WE NEED TO CHANGE.
KEEPING THE CONCEPT IN MIND MAY HELP YOU IDENTIFY OR NOTICE WHEN IT HAPPENS
