When standing infront of maharaj take as long as you need to observe (Nirakh) and do DHYAN

SANG DHYAN

Look through maharaj’s vagha and imagine all the tils and cheen starting from Maharaj’s right foot all the way round his body down to his left foot.

UPANG DHYAN
