Funding Period

PLEASE NOTE: FUNDING IN THIS INITIAL GRANT CYCLE IS LIMITED TO ONE YEAR AT MOST. Given this is the inaugural year of grant funding, the Foundation is still engaged in listening to your ideas to further refine our approach to grant making. Please be thoughtful and disciplined about proposed ideas so that they are limited to 12 months or less for this first round.

Fluxx Guide To Grantee Portal

Fluxx is a cloud-based grants management platform designed specifically for grant makers.

Follow the steps below to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) through the Fluxx Grantee Portal.

Fluxx Grant Making System

Step 1. Create an Account

Create an account to register your organization at:

https://healthystpete.fluxx.io/

Click on “Create an account now”

Step 2. Pre-Screening Questions

Click on the drop down arrows to

complete four pre-screening questions.

Click on “Submit.”

Step 3. 48 Hour Processing Time

There is a 48 hour processing time

before applicants receive an

instruction email to proceed.

Step 4. User Name and Password

Applicants will receive an email with a user name

and password to login to the grantee portal and

proceed with the Letter of Interest (LOI).

To log in, go to:https://healthystpete.fluxx.io/

Step 5. How to Use the PortalCreate a New Letter of Interest (LOI)

Please carefully read the “How to Use the Portal” instructions, located on the welcome page.

Be sure to “SAVE” the Letter of Interest often. The Fluxx system does not save automatically.

Click on “Create a New Letter of Interest,” located in the center of the screen to continue.

Step 6. Letter of Interest (LOI) Drafts

Remember to

SAVE OFTENThe Fluxx system does not

save automatically.

To “Save” and return to the application at a later time, return to the Grantee Portal, log in and click on “Draft Requests” in the black information bar and then “Edit.”

Step 7. Working in the Portal

Complete all sections of the Letter of Interest (LOI) in the portal.In Section II, choose the specific “Age,” “Gender” and (or) “Race/Ethnicity” segments you are planning to serve by clicking on the desired option(s) and then selecting “>” to move your choices to the empty box on the right.

Step 8. Submit the Letter of Interest (LOI)

Prior to submitting the Letter of Interest, please check to make sure that all of the sections of the application have been completed.

Click on “Save” in the upper right hand corner of the application.

Click on the “Submit” button, which will appear after you “Save.”
