Welcome! We will begin at 3:00 p.m. ET (2 p.m. CT; 1 p.m. MT; 12 noon PT; 9 a.m. HT; 5 a.m. Guam/MP ) • Public attendees will be able to listen and view the webinar as

observers but will not actively participate.  • FACJJ members: To ask a question during the session, use the
