BRAINSTORM

After thinking and deciding what we could and wanted to do, we've decidedto plan a computer services and products enterprise which can offer variousproducts and services from services of our first brainstorm and futureideas.

We consider that in the computers field there are too many companiesoffering various products and services for everyone instead of offering itonly for concrete customer profiles such as enterprise profiles.

We like the computers field and we like to help people with their doubts andneeds on that field. We've decide to name our company Classcomp, becauseas it's a mixed name that contains 'Class' and 'Computers', it has the'class' word with the intention to make the people think we like to solvecustomers doubts and let them know what they are buying.

Environment measures

Don't force Classcomp workers to have private car and pay public transport to them if needed.

Printing cartridges recycling.

Be efficient using energy(solar energy use, shutdown computers when office and shop are closed,efficient computer devices purchase...).

Used material recycling.

We're thinking in offer our products and services with one shop and onemain office being well communicated.

Main office will be specialized in help-desk and computer classes, will belocated in Barcelona. Shop well be located in Cerdanyola del Vallés andwill bespecialized in everything related to hardware and local area networksinstallation and configuration.

We can open more shops and offices in the Barcelona state in a middleterm, and maybe cross Spain in large term, fixing in this last case our

headquarters in Barcelona city.

They only offer service for enterprisesTheir prices can be lowered by us, 5 hours of maintenance for they costs 267€, we can lower it to 190€ or less.

They don't reveal the prices for all their services. Prices are only shown in one part of the maintenance services section

They have some services we dont have in a beginning(MAC specialization, data recovery...)

Their website design is a bit poor in design and contentThey offer their services with kindness too
