Manuscript: It means the speech is written in a paper and the speaker has to generally read only. It is the most easy way of presentation as there is no need to recollect any matter and no need to memorize it.

Impromptu: It is an informal style if presentation. It is used for an informal speech or a family group. It is generally used at a non business gathering. It is very easy and no need to use any rules and regulations.

Memorization: This is a difficult method of presentation. It requires everything to learn by heart and very difficult to mug up the entire speech. It allows the speaker to feel free as there is no stress to recollect the points.
