• A qualified post-graduate teacher and ICT lab attendant should be appointed.
• Job oriented courses in ICT must be developed for students of vocational stream by linking them with ICT enabled industries.
• On-demand evaluation and certification to enable students to obtain timely qualifications.
• Frequent revision and updating of courses.
ICT FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
• Record lectures.• Use speech to text software.• Enlarged fonts and coloured screens, etc.

levels for each students.• Screen readers, Braille printers, etc. to be
part of ICT infrastructure.
ICT FOR OPEN AND DISTANCE LEARNING
• Gives opportunity to students who have dropped out or cannot continue formal education.
• Access to e-books, digital learning resources, etc. shall be developed as student support services.
• All open and distance learning institutions should provide online services for admissions, examinations, grievance redressal, etc.
• Online courses can enable the students to have access to expert teachers.
