PREVIEW button.
Step 3) - Preview page will appear. Check all your details &Click on EDIT for updating data or Click on
SUBMIT to final print.
Step 4) – To download Final Print Click on DOWNLOAD & PRINT FORM button.

Step 6) – Enter Enrolment Id and Password and click on SUBMIT BUTTON
