Admission Requirements + More

FHDA requires that students applying directly from high school to be at least 16 years old and have completed high school by the time of our orientation. We do not offer a “high school completion” program.

Proof of English proficiency is required. Our minimum scores for regular admission are - TOEFL 61 iBT / IELTS 6.0. Students who attend an international school where English is the primary medium of instruction may be eligible for an exemption.

We offer extensive support services, including a Transfer Center, International Transfer Counselors, tutoring, Disability Resource Center, International Student Programs, and more.

Both campuses offer clubs and activities, an honors program, campus abroad courses, learning communities, and unique, hands-on learning opportunities through initiatives such as the Entrepreneurship Center and the Cheeseman Environmental Study Area.
