“She was Charlotte, plain Charlotte, my daisy-fresh girl.”Ron Evans, an American immigrant, is a middle-aged junior high school teacher. Haunted by memories of a lost childhood love, he falls obnoxiously in lust with his 14-year-old student, Charlotte Scott. Desperate to possess young Charlotte, he reaches a scandalous (and illegal) deal with her.
