A special mix of solvents expecially produced go grant the optimal release of final piece.

Polyurethane becomes hard and it’s possible to open the mold.It takes the form of the mold.

The correct choice of Polyurethane System will generate the better result and the optimal characteristics.

Polyurethane is spread into the mould with SAIP equipment.

A transparent top coat is applied to protect the

printed surface.

The main process is developed in five steps:

DIP PRINT - production steps

The pattern or design is printed on a water soluble film that it is layed on the water surface in the immersion tank.

The film is floated out onto the water and the product to be decorated is pressed down into the film to effect the transfer.

Having fulfilled its role as the medium for the print transfer, the film is washed away.

Water which has adhered to the product (material) during transfer is dried off.

The film is specially treated to activate the inks. The film is activated by an autonized Patented Activator, release by high pressure guns.
