Before you eat
After using the restroom
After sneezing, blowing your nose or coughing in your hands
Before handling food
After any activity that will make your hands dirty - 4. Step 1: Wet Your Hands
Warm water is best if it is available - 5. Step 2: Get Soap
Any kind of soap will work - 6. Step 3: Scrub Hands for 20 seconds

If working with children, have them sing the ABCs - 7. Step 4: Rinse Hands for 10 seconds

Pat hands dry with paper towel - 9. Now that your hands are clean
Be sure to turn off the water with the paper towel so you dont contaminate your hands again.
If you have to pull a door open to leave a restroom, use the paper towel on the door handle.

You can use a hand sanitizer or alcohol rub.
